The proximity to the tranquil beach, only half a block away, provided a safe haven for our young children and baby to enjoy the sun and sea. Exploring Guarita Park and Cal Beach nearby allowed us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the region, creating lasting memories together.The property's terrace and garden offered peaceful retreats for relaxation, while the playground kept our little ones entertained for hours.
